Many people struggle with increased anxiety in today's society. It's hard to not be anxious with the state of things, but healthy anxiety and unhealthy anxiety produce two different types of outcomes. One outcome may be a healthy sense of anxiety stemming from a deadline coming up telling you that you should get started on your work. Unhealthy anxiety doesn't have a true source, and you may find yourself anxious for reasons that aren't based in reality. This type of anxiety produces unnecessary stress in your day to day life. In therapy we can work on decreasing your daily stress and anxiety so that it becomes more manageable.
