Online counseling 

As a certified tele-mental health counselor, I offer online therapy services in the state of Alabama. My hours are Monday through Friday from 5-8 pm and on weekends from 10am - 7pm. Counseling sessions are a standard 50 minutes. Longer sessions are available as an option for couples and families for an additional fee.

In person counseling

Limited in person counseling is available on Mondays from 9am - 6pm.

Insurance

We offer private pay services for clients that would prefer to keep their mental health care separate from their insurance. Our sliding scale based on income helps us ensure that clients have an option to obtain services at an affordable cost.
